• Dataset creation:

  Co‑led a team that synthetically generated a QA‑pair & search‑term paragraph dataset (≈1.1M examples) to bootstrap training for scientific domain‑specific retrieval.

• Model development:

  Trained a Sentence‑Transformer model that surpassed the current state‑of‑the‑art (e.g., OpenAI Embedding large, SciBERT) on the custom benchmark, achieving +6% mrr@10 over the OpenAI Embedding large model

• Model optimisation:

  Implemented Quantisation‑Aware Training (QAT), shaving the embedding size from 768 f32→ 768 bits. This cut inference latency and storage space by 32× and reduced cloud‑hosting cost by ≈ 1/32 without sacrificing much on the quality metrics.

• CI/CD & containerisation:

  Designed and maintained travis/cloud CI pipelines that automatically build, test and push Docker images to an OpenShift cluster using Helm charts. Automated the workflow reduced manual build time from ≈1.5h

• Cluster orchestration:

  Authored custom OpenShift pipeline jobs to schedule ML training and inference workloads, achieving better GPU utilisation across a 2‑GPU node cluster and cutting overall job queue time.

• Compliance reports are previously generated with mainframe systems. The user interaction with the server was painful. EBS is the solution for this issue using the newly evolving concepts semantic web. The main challenge in this solution is the creation of a generalized framework which can be used for different scenarios with mior tweaks.
• Been part of a team designed a UI framework from the ground up.
• The UI components are declared in a non relational databse (Stardog Tuple store)
